Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 18:00 to 06:00

Salary: £38,000.00 per year

Based: Chesterfield

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Night shift manager to join our team based in Chesterfield.


This hands-on role requires a dynamic individual to work alongside their team, ensuring the smooth operation of our chilled warehouse.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and dispatch of stock
  • Monitoring sickness and absence through effective management skills
  • Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met for a safe working environment
  • Efficiently handling customer service requests
  • Driving a can-do culture through hands-on leadership
  • Developing and mentoring team members
  • Executing smooth and timely handovers

Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse shift management
  • Strong communication and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages and WMS systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and attention to detail
