Pay Rate: £44,000 + night shift premium
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Nights - Any 5 out of 7
Location: Waitrose - Mount Park - Avonmouth
At DHL Supply Chain, we're proud to partner with Waitrose to support their South West retail network from our brand-new, state-of-the-art operation in Avonmouth.

What You'll Do
- Create an engaging, positive and inclusive working environment where colleagues feel supported, recognised and motivated to succeed.

- Lead warehouse and transport activities, ensuring service, productivity and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
- Invest time in developing colleagues through regular feedback, coaching and recognition, helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
- Promote a culture where safety, wellbeing and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
