Description

  • Develop tailored warehouse solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their operational goals.
  • Analyse and interpret client data to optimise storage, handling, and distribution processes.
  • Create detailed tender proposals, including warehouse layouts, cost models, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of warehouse solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements in logistics.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business development activities.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and meet project deadlines.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Solutions Design Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in warehouse design and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using design and modelling software relevant to warehouse solutions (AutoCAD preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Adept at project management and delivering results within specified timelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 3rd Party Logistics industry.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (Preferred although not essential).

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000 per annum.
  • Additional benefits, including an Electric/ Hybrid company car or a car allowance (£5800) and 15% performance linked bonus.
