About RGML & Rhino

RGML is a group business built on ambition and momentum. Through our brands Rhino, Oceros and Halo, we've built a successful, high-performing business - and one that's only getting more exciting, with growth happening right now, in real time, in the work you'll do.

Rhino has established itself as a market-leading force in automotive dealer networks, built on a reputation for reliability and service excellence. Working with major manufacturers and their dealerships, we deliver the events and the kit behind them to a consistently high standard, and as demand continues to grow, we're investing seriously in the people and capability to match our ambition.

This is a business in genuine growth mode, and the event kit this role looks after sits right at the heart of every event we deliver - making now a brilliant time to join.

The Role

We're looking for a Stores Specialist to own the end-to-end management of event equipment in our warehouse - from goods receiving through to storage, picking, packing and full lifecycle tracking of event kit as it moves out to customers and back again - making sure stock is always accurate, accounted for and ready to deploy.

This is a hands-on, shop-floor role where you'll own the whole inventory journey: what comes in, how and where it's stored, how it's picked and packed, where it goes and when it's due back. Accurate tracking of kit while it's out with customers sits at the heart of the role. The role works a variable pattern in line with operational demand, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Goods receiving & checking: own the process for receiving deliveries into the warehouse, checking them against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies, shortages or damage, and supervising loading and unloading.
  • Storage & inventory management: organise storage locations so kit is stored logically, safely and easy to find, keep inventory records accurate and up to date, and carry out regular stock and cycle counts.
  • Picking & packing: pick and pack event kit accurately against job requirements and delivery schedules, making sure it's packed safely for transit and checked against pick lists before it leaves the warehouse.
  • Kit lifecycle tracking: know what's out with customers, where it is and when it's due back, proactively chase overdue kit, and check returned kit for completeness and condition on arrival.
  • Process ownership & systems: act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end inventory process, keep warehouse systems accurate at every stage, and flag improvements and issues promptly.
  • Flexibility: support the wider operation wherever you're needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, stores or stock control environment.
  • Confident, hands-on experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) or similar stock/inventory system.
  • Experience owning or being accountable for a full process area, rather than a single stage of it.
  • Experience across the full inventory cycle - receiving, storing, picking, packing and tracking - is advantageous.
  • Physically able to carry out warehouse duties, including manual handling, with a good awareness of warehouse health and safety.
  • Flexibility to work a variable pattern in line with operational demand.
