Role Description
Bloomice is looking for an organized, reliable Warehouse Specialist to take responsibility for our day-to-day warehouse operations on a half-day basis. This is a hands-on role covering goods receipt, stock control, packing and despatch, ensuring products are handled accurately and deliveries leave on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize daily warehouse activity and coordinate colleagues assisting with tasks.
- Receive and check deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and complete Sage goods receipt and despatch functions.
- Pick, pack, and despatch orders, checking products, quantities, and paperwork.
- Coordinate collections and provide clear delivery updates.
- Maintain a safe, tidy warehouse and follow agreed quality procedures.

About You
- You will have practical warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- You should be comfortable working independently and communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and carriers.
- Sage experience would be an advantage, alongside confidence using email, Word, and Excel.
