We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent basis at their Watford site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable, and hardworking individual looking to build their career within a busy warehouse environment. Previous experience working within a regulated environment is preferred, as the successful candidate will be required to follow strict procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and storing goods accurately
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
- Ensuring products and materials are stored safely and correctly
- Following company procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Exposed to pharmaceutical practices like GMP and GDP
- Ideally experienced working within a regulated environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable following procedures and working to defined standards
- Committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
