We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a permanent basis at their Watford site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable, and hardworking individual looking to build their career within a busy warehouse environment. Previous experience working within a regulated environment is preferred, as the successful candidate will be required to follow strict procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking, and storing goods accurately
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
  • Ensuring products and materials are stored safely and correctly
  • Following company procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operations
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Exposed to pharmaceutical practices like GMP and GDP
  • Ideally experienced working within a regulated environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable following procedures and working to defined standards
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
