Location: Bradford

Logistics done differently.

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Administrator to join our busy operation. You'll play a key role in managing stock accuracy, SAP transactions, transport schedules, and warehouse systems, helping to ensure excellent service for both customers and operational teams. This role is on a 4 on 4 off shift working 12 hour shifts 6pm-6am.

We're offering a salary of up to £28,000 plus a night shift allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, the option to buy additional leave, company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discounts, and excellent development opportunities.

What You'll Do On a Typical Day

  • Manage stock movements and inventory through SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Support inbound and outbound operations to achieve OTIF performance.
  • Coordinate transport collections and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce reports and analyse data to identify trends and issues.
  • Ensure all health, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and operational teams.
