While forklift experience is desirable, training can be provided, so the key focus is on candidates who can manage stock accurately and keep operations organised and efficient. You’ll manage goods in and out, maintain accurate stock, and ensure everything is organised and efficient. Role And Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift truck safely to handle incoming and outgoing goods (training can be provided)
- Manage goods in and goods out efficiently
- Ensure stock is issued accurately and on time
- Maintain precise stock records using internal IT systems
- Carry out stock checks and assist with stock take activities
- Correctly code and track all materials
- Help with dispatch and movement of goods for collection
- Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised stores environment (5S)
- Support wider warehouse operations as needed

About You
- Previous warehouse or stores experience with a strong focus on goods in and goods out
- Ideally experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Good stock management and organisational skills
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential (training available)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially with coded stock and systems
- IT literate with experience using warehouse stock systems
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your workload
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career in a growing business
