Warehouse Supervisor

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll join a fast-paced, high-profile warehouse operation supporting luxury furniture brand Restoration Hardware, where no two days are the same in our Harlow depot. As a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead from the front, motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in driving productivity, quality, and operational excellence while developing your leadership career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week permanent position. Working any 5 days out of 7, with an afternoon shift pattern of 12:00 to 20:00.

Pay, benefits and more

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,500 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse operatives, creating a positive, high-performing culture through coaching, support, and hands-on leadership
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocating tasks effectively and managing workflow to ensure productivity, quality, and service targets are consistently achieved
  • Drive operational excellence, using WMS systems to monitor performance, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and uphold the high standards expected by our customer
  • Support continuous improvement, communicating performance updates to management and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and service delivery

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a warehouse team to deliver exceptional results
  • MHE experience or the willingness to complete training and operate equipment daily as part of a hands-on leadership role
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and WMS experience, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service are consistently achieved
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to leading by example and supporting operational success whenever business needs require it
