Our National Distribution Centre in Wolverhampton plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to customers across the UK, and we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently and effectively while delivering excellent service levels to our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to motivate your team, drive performance and contribute to the continued success of a fast-paced warehouse operation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of Warehouse Operatives.
- Ensuring warehouse activities are completed safely, efficiently and accurately.
- Driving performance against operational KPIs and service targets.
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance.
- Monitoring workloads and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation.
- Identifying and escalating issues that could impact service levels.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to support the wider operation.

You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Experience in a supervisory, team leader or operational leadership role.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
Knowledge of our products would be beneficial, but it's not essential. What matters most is your leadership capability, operational experience and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
