Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Wirral
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing business based in the Wirral.
This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilment
- Manage, support and develop the warehouse team
- Coordinate the unloading of shipping containers
- Manage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisation
- Oversee picking and packing operations
- Plan rotas, workloads and shift cover
- Maintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatch
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
- Support general warehouse duties during busy periods

Experience Required
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience
- Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience
- Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment
- Confident managing and developing a warehouse team
- Experience using WMS and general IT systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach to warehouse operations
- FLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous
