We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse and distribution operation. Reporting to the Branch Dispatch Manager, you will oversee warehouse activities, support and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of health & safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities.
  • Allocate workloads and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.
  • Support, motivate and develop warehouse employees.
  • Assist with recruitment, inductions, rotas and timesheets.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Monitor branch performance and help achieve KPI targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

About You

  • Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing teams and operational priorities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
  • IT competent with good administration skills.
