Warehouse Supervisor (Immediate Start)
📍 Wellingborough
A fast-growing logistics business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, manage warehouse teams, and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate warehouse operatives and MHE drivers.
- Deliver productivity, quality, safety, and service KPIs.
- Manage attendance, performance, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution supervisory experience.
- Experience managing warehouse teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to MHE operations (VNA experience desirable).
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive performance and maintain high operational standards.
