What You'll Be Doing
- Run day-to-day operations: goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
- Hit daily and weekly order targets and SLAs
- Lead, motivate and support your warehouse team
- Keep stock accurate and sort out any discrepancies
- Coordinate transport and couriers to hit dispatch deadlines
- Champion health & safety on the floor
- Keep things safe, tidy and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse supervisory experience
- Good grip on goods-in, pick/pack and dispatch
- FLT/MHE licence a bonus
- A natural leader — fair, calm and approachable
- Confident communicator
- Organised, proactive and hands-on

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
