Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated, organised, and hands-on individual to join our team as a full-time Warehouse Supervisor.
In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will lead and support the warehouse team, monitor performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively while maintaining high operational standards.

Duties Include
- Proactively assist in the efficient running of the warehouse operation to fulfil operational and customer demand.
- Daily coordination of picking, checking, inspecting and shipping of products accurately and to a high standard ensuring attention to detail.
- Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders in accordance with customer delivery expectations.
- Ensure all stock movements and stock counts are accurately recorded, with any discrepancies investigated and resolved in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation in accordance with 5S principles.
- Provide daily supervision to Warehouse team.
- Provide ad-hoc van driving cover across the local area.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to warehouse processes and procedures to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality by ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Valid M1 or B1 Forklift certificate preferred.
- Experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar ERP system.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
