Do you know someone who could take real ownership of a busy warehouse operation?
We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join emu24 in Rainham, Essex.
This is not simply a role supervising daily tasks. We need someone who will take responsibility for standards, stock accuracy, team performance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse.
The right person will be:
- A confident, hands-on leader
- Organised and comfortable setting daily priorities
- Experienced in stock control and warehouse processes
- Able to supervise people and maintain clear standards
- Confident using an ERP or warehouse management system
- Willing to investigate problems rather than work around them
- Someone who leads from the front and takes pride in getting things right

You will work closely with our Warehouse Manager, but you will also have the authority and responsibility to make sure the warehouse operates safely, accurately, and efficiently each day.
Experience with OrderWise would be a strong advantage, although experience with another ERP or WMS is also relevant.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor—or a strong Warehouse Team Leader ready to take the next step.

🕐 Full-time, Monday to Friday
