Chilled Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £40,900 per annum, based on 45 hours per week
Holiday: 22 days annual leave, plus bank holiday allowance
We are looking for a confident and organised Chilled Warehouse Supervisor to support the smooth running of our busy Chilled Warehouse operation at Cotteswold Dairy.
This is a key hands-on leadership role helping to motivate, train and support Warehouse Team Leaders and Operatives while ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately and efficiently. You will help maintain high standards across product quality, stock rotation, paperwork, vehicle loading, hygiene and chilled storage conditions.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising, motivating and supporting Chilled Warehouse and Yard staff
- Ensuring safe working practices, manual handling procedures and Company standards are followed
- Monitoring chilled warehouse conditions, equipment and fridge temperatures
- Supporting stock rotation, daily stock checks and accurate paperwork
- Working with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Management to resolve issues quickly
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment
- Supporting loading and unloading to maintain efficient vehicle turnaround times
- Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
- Good planning and organisational skills
- A positive, committed and flexible approach
- Confidence working in a fast-moving warehouse environment
- Forklift truck experience would be helpful, but training can be provided for the right candidate
