This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing private healthcare company focused on sleep and respiratory health. The company has a small, friendly team that works together to make a difference in people's lives. The company seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to join their friendly, hardworking, and skilled team. You'll join a successful company built on teamwork, collective responsibility, and doing things correctly.

You'll be responsible for the running of a medium-sized warehouse, with 150 orders going out and 4-5 deliveries coming in per day. As the Supervisor, you'll be ensuring the warehouse is organised, well-stocked and tidy, and supporting our two warehouse operatives in packing orders, putting stock away, and managing returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the warehouse is organised and tidy.
  • Making sure stock is stored efficiently and safely.
  • Guiding and supporting the warehouse operations.
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies and improvements in the warehouse.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Can-do, positive attitude.
  • Minimum five years of warehouse working; ideally with previous supervisor experience.
