Warehouse Support (Sortation)
📍 St Helens, England 🕒 Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to join a growing global company where your hard work is recognised and your career can progress? Fastenal is seeking a Warehouse Support to join our Sortation Team at our distribution center in St Helens.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring products are processed and distributed efficiently to customers across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Support, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse operations, including:
- Sorting products and packages accurately and efficiently
- Handling and moving materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Building and stacking pallets for shipment
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for transport
- Processing and dispatching customer orders
- Using warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy hands-on work.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift, move, and lower packages weighing up to 30kg
- A positive attitude that reflects Fastenal's values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork
Desirable
- Forklift experience or certification
