The Recipe
Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Weetabix's warehouse systems. As Warehouse Systems & Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee warehouse management system optimisation, data integrity, access governance, and compliance processes, while ensuring the business remains audit-ready, including compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

Working within a fast-moving consumer goods environment, you'll collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Information Technology, system providers, and audit partners to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and system reliability. As Weetabix continues to invest in automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making, you'll help shape future warehouse capabilities through predictive analytics, workflow automation, and system-led optimisation.

Warehouse Management System super user for Infios, Inteq, Kelgray, CSi and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
-
Provide second-line support for warehouse system issues following Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk triage, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption.

Manage third-party logistics (3PL) user access in line with Weetabix policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.

Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SOX, operational controls and governance standards.

Review, maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to operational requirements and best practice.

Act as the D365 Business Process Owner, leading testing and validation of system upgrades and enhancements.

Complete inventory reconciliations across systems to maintain stock accuracy and achieve write-off targets.

Identify and deliver warehouse system improvements, leading change initiatives from design through to implementation.

Partner with IT and third-party logistics stakeholders to resolve system issues and deliver warehouse-related projects.

Support invoice processing and non-standard invoicing activities.

Ensure warehouse hardware readiness, including scanners, terminals, printers and radio-frequency (RF) devices.

Produce warehouse performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making.

Participate in an out-of-hours support rota to meet business requirements.

Provide cover for the Warehouse and Inventory Manager as required.

Key Know How:
- Deep operational knowledge of Warehouse & Distribution with a focus on system control and process control.

Background in stock control and inventory management.

Extensive experience with Körber Warehouse Advantage (or similar tier 1 WMS).

Proven experience working with external auditors and operating within SOX or similar compliance frameworks.

Ability to interpret business issues and recommend effective solutions or best practice.

Experienced in system implementation and improvement projects.
