Warehouse expertise + systems thinking + an opportunity to shape how things work.

Steatite Antennas is looking for a Warehouse Systems & Inventory Specialist to take ownership of stock accuracy, inventory integrity, and digital traceability across our specialist engineering and manufacturing operation in Leominster. This isn't a traditional warehouse role.

We currently use EPICOR, including WMS functionality, and we're developing a new Microsoft ERP solution with enhanced WMS integration. You will help strengthen how we manage stock today while playing an important part in shaping our future systems and processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Improving stock accuracy, inventory integrity, and digital traceability
  • Optimising warehouse and stock-control processes
  • Working hands-on with ERP/WMS systems and inventory data
  • Managing cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis
  • Improving barcode/QR tracking and digital stock locations
  • Supporting the transition to our new Microsoft ERP/WMS environment
  • Working across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance
  • Driving continuous improvement across warehouse and inventory processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse systems, or stores management, ideally within manufacturing or engineering, together with hands-on WMS/ERP experience.
  • Experience of EPICOR isn't essential; we are more interested in someone who understands how warehouse systems, processes, and inventory data need to work together.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S would also be an advantage.
