About The Role
As Warehouse Team Leader at Foston, you will support the Shift Manager in guiding daily operations within a major distribution centre for a global spirits and beer producer. Based in Derbyshire, this full-time role offers a rotating three-shift pattern covering mornings, afternoons, and nights, with full MHE training supplied. Pay: £16.04 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 3-shift rotating pattern

We are recruiting 2 Warehouse Team Leaders for a major logistics client based in Foston, Derbyshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy distribution warehouse working on behalf of one of the largest spirits and beer producers in the world. Regular, ongoing work is available, along with opportunities for progression.
You Will Work On a Rotating 3-shift Basis
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Full MHE training will be provided.
Duties
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include:

- Supporting the Shift Manager in managing stock loss through accuracy checks
- Ensuring all MHE is operational and available
- Supporting the QSHE Manager by completing daily QSHE safety checks
- Completing Bulk Stack Reports and acting on the results
- Supporting the Shift Manager and Transport Manager with shift set-up and pre-shift briefs
- Completing accurate shift handovers
- Supporting the smooth and safe running of warehouse operations
Pay and Benefits
- £16.04 per hour
- 3-shift rotating pattern
- Regular extended shifts available Monday to Friday
- Weekend overtime available and paid at an increased rate (£20.05)
