YOUR ROLE
Our operation in Bristol is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a great opportunity to take a key role in the day-to-day operation, leading and motivating a team and helping keep everything running smoothly, safely and efficiently. You’ll play an important part in delivering great customer service, achieving performance targets and driving the operation forward.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with flexibility around start and finish times.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives and administrators.
- Coordinate the day-to-day warehouse operation, allocating workloads fairly and effectively to meet business and customer requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality and operational targets, ensuring performance standards are consistently achieved.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements are met to a high standard.
- Take responsibility for health & safety, ensuring the warehouse operates safely and in line with company standards.
- Support continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
- Take an active role in team development, employee wellbeing and performance, helping each team member reach their potential.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive or logistics sector. You will have strong IT and administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and a logical, methodical approach to your work. Confident and professional in your communication, you will be able to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. A positive and enthusiastic team player, you are comfortable working under pressure, managing deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities. You will also be self-motivated, flexible in your approach, and willing to work independently, collaborate as part of a team, and travel to other sites when required.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a warehouse team, with a strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. You’ll be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads, while supporting and motivating your team to achieve their goals. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team, with a positive and hands-on approach to their work. A Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence would be desirable, along with experience of loading and unloading commercial vehicles and using manual handling equipment.
