Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Derby
Working Hours: 19.00 – 04.00, working any 5 from 7 days
Salary: up to £31,476 per annum (dependent on experience) + night shift premium

Join us as Warehouse Team Leader and help to maintain the smooth running of the dispatch process.
A Satisfying Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently every day.
- Lead and motivate the team
- Organise workloads
- Solve problems
- Ensure delivery against targets
Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor & manager, you’ll play a key role in developing the team’s skills, building a positive working environment and driving high standards across the warehouse.

Ideally, experience in a similar team leader role or within a warehouse environment would be an advantage.
- Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
