Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Warrington (WA5).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse, picking and packing or food manufacturing experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a busy, hands-on operation.
With a GBP 33,000 salary, permanent employment and a choice of Afternoons or night shifts, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Afternoon/Evening Shift
- 12:00pm - 10:00pm

- 10:00pm - 6:00am

The Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role, so you'll be expected to lead by example while working closely with warehouse management and transport teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Picking and packing food products to the required standard
- Using handheld scanners to pick and allocate products into trays
- Manual handling and decanting frozen products into trays and onto production lines
- Wrapping and preparing pallets
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Working closely with Transport regarding loading plans and deadlines
- Coordinating multi-temperature vehicle requirements
- Monitoring and tracking KPIs
- Liaising with Warehouse Shift Managers and Transport
- Ensuring all products are picked and packed accurately and to the highest standards
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets
About You
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Team Leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
- Picking and packing experience
- Experience using handheld scanning systems
- Good understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance targets
- Experience working with Transport and loading plans
- The ability to work with multi-temperature vehicles
- Good manual handling skills
- The ability to work in cold temperatures
- A flexible approach to working shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
