About The Role

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

We’re looking for a Team Leader who can keep operations running smoothly, drive efficiency, and support our people to deliver outstanding results.

In this role, you’ll work closely with management and operational teams to achieve key targets, maintain compliance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to step up when needed to keep everything moving seamlessly.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Complete accurate incident reporting and maintain compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative support for stock management and operational updates.
  • Investigate and resolve stock, equipment, and operational issues promptly.
  • Oversee housekeeping and safety standards across your area of the warehouse.
  • Report maintenance needs and escalate equipment issues when required.
  • Deliver daily team briefings and compile handovers for smooth shift transitions.
  • Recognise and reward team contributions to keep morale high.
  • Support welfare processes and employee development through documented discussions.
  • Conduct low-level investigations and first-stage absence reviews.
  • Carry out Health & Safety walkarounds and maintain safe MHE practices.

A Few Things About You

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and systems.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams while managing fluctuating workloads.
  • Confident decision-making skills with a fair and consistent approach.
  • Proficiency in PC use, including WMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting KPIs such as damage and non-picks.
