Contract Type: Secondment / Fixed-term Contract – 12 months

Shift Patterns: Rotational, Week 1: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00; Week 2: Monday–Friday, 12:00–20:00, plus Saturday 07:00–15:00. Sunday cover required as needed during the Oct to Dec period.

Location: Belfast, BT 36 4PX

We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to track and manage individual and team performance and ensure it is in line with the department's KPIs. Managing the day-to-day activities of the operation, ensuring all customer requests are processed in a timely manner and any customer queries are answered or escalated.

A Typical Day May Involve

  • Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
  • Delivery of Key Performance Indicators in line with business and contractual needs
  • Support and supervise direct reports
  • Deliver team member performance reviews, development and succession planning as appropriate
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS); JDA experience preferred
  • Experience in team management
  • IT literate: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator - verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills
