Warehouse Team Leader (Inbound Quality) - West London - Up to £34,000

Shift pattern: 4 days per week (Mon-Fri) 8am-6pm

We're proud to be partnering with a fast-growing international consumer brand with a strong presence across e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels. Operating from a highly automated distribution centre, the business continues to invest in its people, processes and operational excellence as it scales globally.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Inbound Quality Team Leader to take ownership of inbound quality operations, leading a team responsible for supplier deliveries, stock processing, inventory accuracy and customer returns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality-focused warehouse leader who thrives on driving standards, developing teams and improving processes within a fast-paced distribution environment.

The Role:

As Inbound Quality Team Leader, you'll lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring all inbound stock and returns are processed safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and inventory standards.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 10 warehouse associates, creating a high-performing and quality-focused culture
  • Oversee inbound operations including supplier deliveries, stock processing and customer returns, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Monitor and drive performance against KPIs relating to quality, stock accuracy, productivity and operational efficiency
  • Ensure inventory integrity is maintained through robust quality control processes and effective problem resolution
  • Investigate stock discrepancies, quality concerns and process issues, implementing corrective actions where required
  • Plan and deploy labour resources effectively to meet daily operational priorities
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, operational compliance and warehouse housekeeping
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, quality standards and team performance
  • Deliver regular coaching, training and performance feedback to support team development and engagement

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or distribution environment
  • Strong background in inbound operations, quality control, inventory management or stock accuracy
  • Experience working within a KPI-driven operation, using data and performance metrics to drive improvements
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve operational issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across operational teams
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety requirements and operational best practice
  • A proactive, organised and continuous improvement mindset
