About the Role
Are you a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who loves leading by example, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have the drive, attention to detail, and leadership skills to inspire a team, exceed performance targets, and support a prestigious VIP customer where quality and customer experience are everything?
We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team to deliver for our customer, Restoration Hardware based in Harlow (CM19 5AW). You’ll lead from the front in a fast-paced environment, motivate and develop our team to deliver exceptional customer service, productivity, and quality standards. Job Details
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with 40 hours contracted per week. Working any 5 days out of 7, with a shift of 12:00 pm to 20:00 pm.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, creating a positive, high-performing culture and supporting day-to-day operational success
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocating tasks effectively and leading from the front to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Drive performance and quality, monitoring KPIs and maintaining the exceptional standards expected by our prestigious client, Restoration Hardware
- Support operational excellence, using WMS systems, communicating performance updates, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and service levels

What You Need to Succeed at GXO
- A natural leader with a passion for developing people, able to motivate, coach, and inspire teams to deliver their best every day
- Previous warehouse leadership experience with MHE knowledge, or the willingness to complete training and operate equipment as part of a hands-on role
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and confidence using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to excellence, thriving in a fast-paced environment and focused on delivering exceptional standards
