With a recent change in the European team, Trimax is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join us at our Northampton office.
In this role, you will be a key member of our team, preparing for a wide range of tasks across 2 sites and 4 different teams. The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills to ensure workflow is smooth and efficient.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the existing warehouse team
- Plan in accordance with forecasts and customer needs within our global operations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock is available
- Ensure all picking, packing and shipping is conducted within required timescales
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with team leaders
- Apply LEAN manufacturing techniques to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Work with global teams to support their requirements
- Inbound stock is booked in and located accurately and timely

Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 2 years’ experience in a warehousing role
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system
- Strong organisational skills
