Are you a hands-on, proactive leader with a passion for keeping things moving?
We're looking for a Team Leader to work alongside and report to the shift manager, assisting with overseeing our warehouse operation. Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient stock flow through the warehouse. If you're ready to take ownership, lead a small team, and make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operation, ensuring stock moves quickly and accurately, with minimal delays.
- Team Leadership & Engagement - Motivate, coach, and support a small team. You'll set the tone for the shift, fostering a culture of ownership, teamwork, and accountability.
- Operational Management - Stay on top of stock levels, warehouse organisation, and inventory accuracy. Tackle operational issues before they become problems.
- Planning & Scheduling - Develop daily shift plans, allocate tasks, and keep everything running to schedule — even when the unexpected happens.
- Effective Communication - Keep your team aligned with priorities, changes, and safety updates throughout the shift.
- WMS Monitoring - Perform regular checks using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to catch and fix stock discrepancies early.
- Housekeeping & Safety - Drive high standards of cleanliness and safety during the night shift — setting the example and ensuring compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
