The Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient management of inventory, storage and distribution activities. You will develop and support a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement across quality, service, safety and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational and service objectives.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counting and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with GMP, HSE and company procedures.
- Maintain audit readiness through strong quality, compliance and documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and performance.
- Develop team capability through coaching, training and performance support.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across operations and supply chain functions.

Skills
- Warehouse operations and inventory management experience.
- Knowledge of storage management, materials movement and logistics processes.
- Strong planning, organisation and work scheduling capabilities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions.
- Confidence leading teams and supporting colleagues' development.
Experience
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating operational teams.
- Experience working within regulated environments with a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.
