We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our operations team at Alunet, part of the Eurocell group of companies.
You will play a key role in leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
The role is responsible for maintaining stock accuracy from receipt through to dispatch, improving operational processes, and driving productivity and customer satisfaction. As part of the Operations Management Team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, implement warehouse management best practices, and lead teams to achieve high levels of performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

What Our Warehouse Team Leaders Do
- Lead all aspects of the Operations function, adapting resources and processes to meet changing business and customer demands
- Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Verify returned goods against delivery documentation, ensuring quantities and product types match physical stock
- Check orders for accuracy prior to loading to maintain high levels of customer service
- Oversee picking operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and service standards are consistently achieved
- Investigate picking errors and quality issues, implementing corrective actions, process improvements, and training where required
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, welfare reviews, performance appraisals, and objective setting for direct reports
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring work areas are clean, organised, and waste is minimised
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards across the operation through training, coaching, monitoring, and performance management
- Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service objectives
What We Need From Our Warehouse Team Leaders
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Leader or similar supervisory role
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team
- A CPC qualification and the ability to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes (ideally up to 18 tonnes) would be advantageous
