Do you have warehouse experience and enjoy leading by example in a fast-paced operation? Can you motivate a team to deliver excellent service while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity? Do you have experience in a multi-temperature food distribution environment?
Join GXO as a Warehouse Team Leader and play a key role in keeping our Greene King operation running smoothly. Supporting the Shift Manager, you'll help coordinate daily activities across a busy multi-temperature warehouse. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with people, taking ownership of operational performance, and helping to create a positive, high-performing team environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7, 06:00 to 14:00.

- We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,587.50 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the Shift Manager in delivering a safe, efficient, and productive warehouse operation
- Co-ordinate warehouse activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Report any serious deviations from the plan quickly and accurately
- Monitor quality, health & safety, and operational standards, escalating any issues when required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a multi-temperature food warehouse environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A good understanding of warehouse operations and food safety standards (desirable)
- A proactive approach, using initiative, and remaining calm under pressure
