As a Lidl Team Manager, you’ll enjoy a full-on, fast-paced role that isn’t for the faint-hearted - and you wouldn't want it any other way. From optimising warehouse processes to staying up to date with Health and Safety regulations, you’ll keep track of every detail, even when things are busy. You’ll also champion your team to reach their full potential, recognising up-and-coming talent by letting them know that it’s the hard work of every single person that gets the job done.

What you'll do
- Motivate and train your team to keep our standards high and our products moving
- Support your Shift Leaders and Department Managers, helping them to recruit, train and develop their teams
- Check all stock as it arrives and proactively chasing up errors with our suppliers
- Coordinate stock-takes to protect our inventory, checking the results and taking necessary action
- Keep our merchandising plan and slot labels up to date
- Make sure that we stay on top of Health and Safety regulations
What you'll need
- Supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment
- A confident leadership style with a passion for training and developing a great team
- A calm, analytical approach and a real eye for detail
- Strong multitasking skills to keep calm under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
- Self-motivation, positivity and a focus on smashing targets
- A confident and open communication style that helps get your message across to anyone
- A full UK driving licence
