We're looking for ambitious Warehouse Team Managers to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Bradford site (BD12) and play a key role in its success from day one. Working either Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm, or Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, you'll be responsible for leading high-performing teams, creating a positive working environment, and helping deliver the outstanding service our customers expect.

About the role
- Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to achieve operational and performance targets.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation within your area, ensuring key processes and procedures are followed.
- Creating a positive and engaging working environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies, reporting incidents and near misses through the appropriate channels.
- Analysing operational data, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing effective solutions, escalating where required.
- Ensuring your team have the equipment, training, and support needed to work safely and efficiently.
- Managing performance, attendance, wellbeing, and employee engagement across your team.
- Supporting site-wide projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
What we need from you
- Experience of managing a team and providing ongoing coaching and guidance to them.
- Familiar with using and operating an in-house warehouse management system.
- Understanding of operational working practices and safe systems of work.
- Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse and distribution environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
