About The Role
- Location: Hatfield Business Park, Frobisher Way, Hatfield, AL10 9TR
- Hours: 17:30 - 02:00
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday / Thursday - Sunday
- Salary: £30,618 Per Annum

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Team Manager in our Sort operation you'll support the operation through the co-ordination and close control of our parcel processing activity to achieve the timely, safe and efficient distribution of parcels, whilst maintaining the highest of standards of site performance at all times, in line with Company procedures.
- You're part of our essential management team, therefore you'll provide leadership to our Team Leaders and hardworking Sort staff including the allocation of colleagues to tasks, supervision of performance standards and identification and resolution of operational or staffing problems through the Sort centre management chain.
- You'll work closely with all other Team Managers and Sort managers to ensure continuity of operational efficiency in the Hatfield Hub.
What We Need From You
- You'll need to have gained experience of leading a team and have worked in a fast-paced Distribution/Parcel/Logistics environment before with the relevant Health and Safety knowledge already gained.
- You'll be happy and comfortable completing basic administration and be a confident and clear communicator.
- It goes without saying you'll have the documents to show you can work here in the UK and will be able to work well using your own initiative.
