Warehouse Team Member
Billingham (Home of McCoy’s, Pombear, Wheat Crunchies and more)
12-month FTC
Shifts: Shifts follow a five-week rotating pattern, made up of 12-hour day and night shifts (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00), followed by nine consecutive days off.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual to support our manufacturing operations by managing deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring a steady supply of materials. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

What will you be doing?
- Offload deliveries and manage stock using our Warehouse Management System
- Ensure accurate and timely supply of materials to manufacturing
- Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain compliance
- Uphold high standards of safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
- Support continuous improvement through effective communication and a zero-loss mindset
We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
- Valid and up-to-date Forklift Truck Licence (essential)
- Strong team player with a proactive, flexible, and positive approach
- Good communication skills with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement
- Able to use initiative and effectively prioritise workload
- Basic PC skills with Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety knowledge
