Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Team Member role based in Elland. The Warehouse Team Member will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading goods, and accurately checking incoming stock.

Responsibilities:
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Organizing and stacking pallets
- Moving materials safely using warehouse equipment
- Maintaining a clean, orderly work area
- Following safety procedures
- Supporting inventory control by reporting discrepancies and assisting with stock counts
The role also involves working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet deadlines and ensure efficient, timely dispatch of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Skills in shipping & receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently
- Skills in packing to prepare orders securely and in line with company standards
- Skills in unloading to handle deliveries safely and move goods into storage areas
- Skills in forklift operation and pallet jack use to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse

Additional beneficial qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Familiarity with basic inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable time management
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Willingness to learn company processes and equipment

Location
