Job Summary:
EPiQVision is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Technicians to join our high-energy team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of the action prepping, organizing, and packing state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment for live events across the country. From loading and unloading trucks to managing equipment inventory and assisting with maintenance, you’ll help ensure our shows go off without a hitch.
This is an in-person role based at our EPiQVision Warehouse, where logistics meets live entertainment. If you're passionate about AV technology, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love being part of a team that brings unforgettable experiences to life this is your backstage pass.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan, prepare, and pack audio-visual equipment for outgoing events.
- Receive, scan, and return audio-visual gear to designated warehouse locations post-event.
- Perform thorough equipment checks to verify functionality and kit completeness.
- Clean and inspect all gear to ensure it meets performance and presentation standards.
- Identify, tag, and report equipment requiring repair or maintenance attention.
- Safely load and unload trucks with AV equipment as needed.
- Support routine inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Aid in the maintenance and basic troubleshooting of AV equipment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Observe and comply with health and safety standards at the company, industry, and legislative levels.
- Communicate promptly with supervisors about any emergencies, delays, equipment issues, or last-minute client needs.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by company leadership.
What You Bring:
- A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- A passion for live events, technology, or logistics (or all three!).
- Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment is a plus but a willingness to learn is even better.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours when needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in event production, technical production, music production, or related training is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or audio-visual environment.
- Familiarity with audio-visual equipment used in live event settings.
- Comfortable using computers and standard software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet applications.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions software is considered an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record an asset.
- Knowledge of workplace health & safety standards, fire and building codes, and AODA regulations related to the live events industry is an asset.
Work Conditions:

Compensation
- $20/hour - $24/hour
