Role: Warehouse Technician
Location: Leeds, LS10
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility required for events
About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Operations team and play an important role in delivering successful events for our clients.
Working alongside our warehouse, logistics and technical teams, you’ll be responsible for preparing, checking, moving and maintaining equipment before and after events. You’ll need to be organised, practical and detail-focused, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to help the wider team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are necessarily the same. It’s ideally suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in getting things right and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing equipment for events, ensuring all items are accurately picked, checked and scanned using our Asset Management System.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently in line with the daily schedule.
- Moving vehicles around site for loading and unloading.
- Checking equipment when it returns from events and ensuring it is correctly checked and returned to storage.
- Reporting missing or damaged equipment to management.
- Packaging and labelling shipments and receiving deliveries from couriers and suppliers.
- Supporting the technical team with the servicing and testing of equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse.
- Managing consumable stocks and carrying out basic maintenance where required.
- Operating a counterbalance forklift – full training will be provided.
- Carrying out deliveries and collections to and from event sites when required.
- Supporting the wider Operations team with other duties as needed.
- Following company Health & Safety procedures and maintaining safe working practices at all times.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in their work. You’ll need:
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, flexible approach.
- The ability to safely carry and move equipment, both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict event deadlines.
- A willingness to work flexibly when required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience using warehouse or asset management systems.
- Counterbalance forklift experience.
- Experience working in the events or audio-visual industry.
