As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations, maintain an organized and safe warehouse, and ensure accurate documentation and packaging to meet quality and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify and document incoming shipments; process waybills, packing slips and related paperwork.
- Pick, pack and prepare outbound orders; verify sales orders and sign packing slips.
- Load/unload shipments and ensure proper end-of-shift shutdown.
- Assemble, package, label and scribe products correctly to prevent transit damage.
- Maintain warehouse organization, equipment functionality and required supplies.
- Communicate with couriers, suppliers, Procurement and other stakeholders; schedule shipments as needed.
- Report discrepancies, damaged items or missed deadlines to the Operations Manager; record and develop NCRs when required.
- Follow QMS, safety policies and continuous improvement procedures; assist with general maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification and ability to lift medium–heavy loads.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments; data-entry skills an asset.
- Able to work outdoors and across multiple departments; adaptable and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to accuracy, quality and safety; self-sufficient in supervisors’ absence.
