Warehouse & Transport Manager

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE

Are you a hands-on Warehouse Manager who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making sure everything runs smoothly?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business seeking an experienced Warehouse & Transport Manager to oversee a busy warehouse operation and coordinate outbound transport. This isn't a large corporate environment; it's a close-knit team where your organisation, leadership and ability to improve day-to-day operations will make a genuine difference.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing manufacturer supplying major customers across the UK, with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service.

The Role

Reporting into the senior management team, you'll take ownership of the warehouse operation while ensuring customer deliveries are planned efficiently and completed on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
