Function Description
Our client, a global leader in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Material Handler II to join their warehouse operations team in Paisley, Scotland. Working within a fast-paced distribution environment, you will be responsible for the accurate handling, picking, packing, and shipment of customer orders while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including counterbalance and reach trucks.
- Process warehouse transactions using internal systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with GMP and SOP requirements.
- Perform routine quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational efficiency.

Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Good IT skills and experience working with warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is advantageous.
- Able to work in temperature-controlled environments and perform manual handling activities.

- Competitive pay rate of £13.86 per hour.
- Monday to Friday day shift, 09:00 to 17:00.
