Warehouse/Production Operative – Fareham
Are you looking for a stable role within a world-class logistics and packaging facility? We are currently recruiting for dedicated Warehouse/Production Operatives to join the team at Fareham. This position is based in a modern, fast-paced environment focused on the packaging and distribution of essential medical products.
As a Warehouse/Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged correctly and ready for global distribution.
Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities
- Packaging & Packing: Responsible for the high-quality packaging of products to meet shipping standards.
- Order Preparation: Preparing items for dispatch with high levels of accuracy.
- Production Support: Assisting with basic production tasks and assembly of packaging materials.
- Inventory Handling: Ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse area.
- Quality Checks: Performing visual inspections to ensure packaging meets strict quality guidelines.

Shift Patterns & Pay Options
- 4-on / 4-off Shift Pattern
- Hours: 07:00 to 19:00
- Schedule: 4 days on, followed by 4 days off
- Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour
Both options offer consistent schedules with competitive pay rates in a well-managed operational setting.
