About The Job

Warhammer World is the beating heart of the Warhammer hobby — a destination where people from across the globe come to play games, meet like-minded hobbyists, and immerse themselves in the Worlds of Warhammer.

We are looking for a manager to lead our Events Team and deliver world-class Warhammer events across all our game systems.

This role is about more than simply organising events. It is about creating exceptional experiences for customers while leading a team that is passionate about the hobby and proud of what they deliver.

As Warhammer World Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering all Warhammer World events. You will ensure every event is run efficiently, professionally, and to a consistently high standard, while remaining within budget.

From build, paint, and play-focused events and organised play weekends to the daily activities in the Events Hall, your focus will be simple: every customer who walks through the door has a great time and leaves wanting to come back.

During normal opening hours, you will ensure the Events Hall plays its part in delivering the Warhammer World experience and supports the wider Warhammer strategy. You will monitor performance, learn from it, and continuously improve how we run events so that each one is better than the last.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
