Warranties Administrator

Hull | Full-Time | Permanent £28,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established automotive business based in Hull, is seeking a Warranties Administrator to join their busy aftersales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership or workshop environment and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient administrative support.

The Role

As a Warranties Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately costing and invoicing completed workshop jobs across multiple vehicle brands, ensuring all work is processed correctly and in line with manufacturer and company requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Costing completed workshop jobs accurately and efficiently
  • Processing service and repair invoices
  • Administering warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Liaising with workshop, service and parts departments to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider aftersales function
  • Ensuring all submissions and invoicing are completed within required timescales

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within the automotive industry in one of the following areas:

  • Aftersales Administration
  • Service Invoicing
  • Warranty Administration
  • Workshop Costing
  • Dealership Administration

You will also possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence working with dealership management systems

Experience using Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.
