As a Warranties Specialist at carloans 365, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience post-finance payout. You’ll connect with our happy customers to offer tailored warranty options that suit their budget and personal needs, while also working closely with dealerships to ensure smooth, hassle-free transactions.

No cold calling, just conversations with our customers who are already thrilled with the service! We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can pitch and sell with confidence, build instant rapport, and leave a lasting positive impression in every interaction. Responsibilities

  • Contact customers who have recently had their car finance loan paid out to advise of the payout status and to offer additional extended protection on their new vehicle
  • Establish and build rapport with customers in a single call
  • Provide customers with dealership details and organise the collection or delivery of vehicles as needed
  • Pitch warranty options to customers, offering 12, 24 and 36 month plans that cover mechanical and electrical failures
  • Handle objections related to budgets and reasons for purchasing the warranty, such as breakdowns
  • Set up payment plans
  • Manage and track warranty sales and customer interactions using internal warranty system
  • Liaise with car dealerships and arrange customer collection or delivery

What are we looking for?

  • Outbound sales experience is essential; motor trade or finance broker is beneficial
  • Warranty or GAP insurance experience would be excellent!
  • Exceptional work ethic is critical for this role
  • Ability to think on your feet, effectively handle and overcome objections during the sales process
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
  • Can work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated to achieve personal and team targets
  • Proficiency with Excel and CRM systems

Details

  • £25,000 basic + uncapped commission – OTE estimated £60,000
  • Working pattern: 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday (you will receive a weekday off should you work a Saturday)
  • 28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
