Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £32,000 basic salary
OTE: Up to £36,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Warranty Administrator, Automotive Administrator or Dealership Administrator looking for a Monday-to-Friday position within a busy automotive environment?
ISQ Recruitment is supporting a well-established automotive business in Kidderminster with the recruitment of a Warranty Administrator. This is a varied position covering warranty claims, invoicing and service administration, working closely with the wider aftersales team to keep processes accurate, organised and moving efficiently.
The Role
You will provide administrative support across the service and warranty operation, taking responsibility for processing claims, preparing invoices and ensuring the correct information and documentation is in place.
The position would suit somebody with previous automotive warranty or dealership administration experience who is comfortable managing several priorities and working accurately within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales
- Prepare and process warranty and retail invoices
- Check supporting documentation before claims are submitted
- Assist with quotations for vehicle servicing and repair work
- Investigate and resolve invoice and supplier queries
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and associated invoices
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Liaise with service, workshop, accounts and other internal departments
- Respond to general customer and administrative enquiries
- Provide day-to-day support to the wider service department
- Ensure paperwork, data entry and documentation remain accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within automotive warranty administration or dealership administration
- Experience processing warranty claims would be highly advantageous
- Good understanding of automotive service or aftersales processes
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident IT and data-entry skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Professional telephone and email communication skills
- Comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- A reliable and organised approach to your work
Candidates currently working as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Claims Administrator, Service Administrator, Aftersales Administrator or Automotive Administrator are particularly encouraged to apply.
