We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join us and play an integral part in the Aftersales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful main dealership. It is important that you are well organised, able to follow processes and procedures, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturer, policies, and procedures are fully complied with
  • Prepare invoices, claim forms, and supporting material to provide to the manufacturer within the specified timescale
  • Check current work in progress so that claims are made on time
  • Deal with all policy claims, ensuring that customer reimbursements are correct
  • Be conversant with all of the warranty providers’ policies and procedures and the use of the manufacturers’ electronic communication system
  • Be actively involved in costing and ensure the procedures adopted by the workshop controller are in line with Manuals
  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis to the manufacturer, adhering to their policies and procedures within the required timeframe
  • Liaising with the Service Manager and Aftersales Team
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service
